Introduction
This report is based on analysis of homes sold on the Multiple Listing Service between January 1, 2006 and October 13, 2006. Only homes that meet the following criteria were included:
- Single family homes that sold between January 1 and October 13, 2006 (excludes condos, townhouses, and mobile homes)
- Sales prices between $150,000 and $225,000
- Homes sold in Ada or Canyon Counties within the following communities: Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, and Emmett
It is important to note that this entire report is restricted to this subsection of the overall TreasureValley real estate market. Summaries and conclusions drawn from this research may not apply to other (i.e., more expensive) segments
