Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I enter a credit education, audit and verification process?

According to recent survey’s, nearly 60% of all American consumers do not meet the current and often fluctuating lending criteria imposed by leading finance institutions.
  • Credit repair guided by Federal regulations is able to legally remove the majority of derogatory inaccurate information on a credit report.
  • The credit repair process is professional, efficient, warranted, experienced, proven, productive and legal.
  • Consumers who attempt the process on their own may be their own worst clients.
Once my credit rating has been improved, can it be hurt again?

Yes, but only if you permit it. Most credit extending companies that you do business with will continue to report your payment history to the credit bureaus. You should always follow their guidelines and honor the terms and conditions of your agreement with them.
We recommend that you obtain copies of your credit bureau reports on a semi-annual basis and review your credit rating.

How much does a low credit score cost me?

The difference between good credit and poor credit on a $15,000.00 auto loan can be up to $250.00/month, every month. On a 36-month loan that would amount to you paying an extra $6,000 in interest. The difference on a $100,000.00 home loan can be up to $556.00/month every month. On a typical 30 year loan that amounts to over $200,000 in interest. The math is quite simple. Better credit can save you thousands of dollars PER year.

What if I don’t buy a car or a home?

An individual’s credit rating can affect a multitude of items for their entire life. Credit is used for many purposes other than purchasing a home or vehicle. Credit can affect insurance rates, employment, as well as other lending opportunities. Great credit could save an individual hundreds of thousands of dollars over a lifetime.

Can I audit and verify my own credit?

Yes, given the proper tools and time, you can, just as you can write your own will, prepare your own tax return, and represent yourself in a court of law. Many of our current customers have tried and become frustrated with their inability to get problems resolved and turned to professionals for help.

Is it legal to audit and verify my credit?

Yes. Disputing a credit report is a consumer right protected by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

How long does it take to dispute my credit information?

Initial disputes can be completed within 30 to 45 days. The entire process can take longer, depending the beginning condition of the report.

Can we guarantee the removal of all bad accounts?

Due to credit-related circumstances that vary with every customer and are beyond our control and due to Federal Trade Commission’s regulations, we can not guarantee that your credit rating or FICO score will improve. However, we have never enrolled a client in our credit repair program whose credit rating did not improve.

How much bad credit does it take to be denied credit?

Even a late payment can cause a denial. More importantly, having acceptable credit does not mean that you will qualify for the best possible interest rate or incentive package, such as the ever popular zero percent plans. These programs are reserved for only people with the highest credit scores.

Are credit reporting agencies operated by the government?

No. They are independently owned; multi-million dollar companies that admit errors occur, generally do little to correct them, are not financially motivated and traditionally fail to work proactively with the consumer.
