HELP is constantly receiving inquiries about the program. Each call is fielded by a qualified HELP agent who gauges the ability of that caller to qualify for a traditional loan. Those who qualify for The HELP Program submit the necessary information allowing HELP to pull a credit score for analysis.

Callers with a credit score below the minimum standard of The HELP Program are invited to enroll in credit repair so as to qualify in the future. Information can also be submitted through the website. At this point, HELP has the necessary information to begin the approval process.
