At the earliest point in which HELP deems it possible for the client to qualify for a quality, traditional mortgage loan, the closing process begins. Information is submitted, and the loan documents are prepared.

The home is re-appraised and with a contract for the new purchase price the final loan documents are prepared. The home is then sold, and the HELP client happily takes full ownership of the property. HELP is finished with the project, and having freed up that capital is then prepared to take on a new client.

It is possible that clients would remain in the credit repair program for up to two more years continuing to repair and improve their credit scores. While this would be at their own expense, The HELP Program has truly taken a client with poor credit, mounting debt, no down payment and no ability to purchase their own home and given them a new start.
