Q: Today is December 22nd. Brian just signed his contract today and is moving into the home he is leasing from The HELP Program. Brain what was, have you ever owned a house before?

No, I have never owned a house before.

Q: Tell me about trying to get into one before.

I tried getting through three or four different lenders, and it wasn't going through because my credit was kind of bad. I had about $1,900 I owed on my credit and no body wanted to give me a loan. And found The Help Program and they helped me out and got me set up into a house.

Q: What do you like best about the HELP program?

That they helped me, that's the best. I couldn't have done it without the program.

Q: What were you most concerned about the HELP program?

Nothing really, I'm just excited that I get to get to move into a house. They have helped me through this the whole time. They have been great; they’re just wonderful.

Q: What is the best way to explain The HELP Program?

Well if you have bad credit like I do and you are trying to get a home loan it's impossible. You need somebody to help you out with your financial situation help you out get you into a house, so that you're building your credit. And that's what they are doing and it's working for me.

Q: Why didn't you just wait for a while until your credit is better and then buy a house?

Because I never would have got my score up if they didn't help me out with it. I would have just kept renting a house and wasting my money for another two years probably before I would have built up enough credit to even buy a house. I've calculated it and it's $11,000 I spent on my house for rent this year. That was all wasted.

Q: Do you have any idea how much how much money you will be saving per month?

I don’t know. I'm just hoping it's a good investment. You can't go wrong in real estate.
