Becoming a HELP client is simple.
Requirements
- A minimum monthly income of $4,500
- A credit rating of 520 or above
- $2,500 deposit (refunded in full when you purchase the home from HELP)
- Live in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area
- A desire to own your own home
- A desire to repair your credit
It starts by completing an application. This application determines whether you qualify for The HELP Program and provides your consent for us to request your credit report. There are several ways to get your application filled out.
