Todd McCauley, A Boise Realtor

Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of Eagle Rock Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director.

There are over 2,300 real estate agents in the valley. Todd McCauley is one of only 14 to represent more than 10 home sellers and more than 20 buyers in 2010. In 2011, he was among the valley’s top 1% of agents.

In 2000, Todd graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago.
From 2000 to 2005 he worked as a Research Manager for The Media Management Center, a joint department within Northwestern’s Business and Journalism schools.
In 2005, Todd returned to Boise to found The HELP Program.

As a licensed Boise Realtor, he has helped hundreds of Treasure Valley residents buy, sell, rent, or rent-to-own real estate in Ada and Canyon counties. He appeared on Fox News ’s “Business at its Best” television program and has been featured in multiple articles in the Idaho Business Review.

Since 2005, he has been among the valley’s most active real estate professionals! In 2009, 2010, and 2011 he received a “Circle of Excellence” award as one of the Treasure Valley’s top producing agents.

The HELP Program and Eagle Rock Properties serves the entire Treasure Valley including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell, Hidden Springs, Emmett and Kuna. Todd specialized in finding qualified buyers, listing your home, and all aspects of the rent to own market. He also specializes in Boise Real Estate, Eagle Real Estate and Meridian Real Estate, but has sold, and listed homes all over the valley.
